1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days
from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their
original condition with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock
availability. Only one exchange request is permitted per order.
The exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with
your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through
the process.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be
processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original
payment method.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a
damaged or incorrect product delivered by Dobfit.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within
48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
